Fall 2010 Graduating Senior Verification Cards

This week's question has been asked multiple times through the Advising Hub.

Will the Graduating Senior Cards be distributed again for Fall 2010 classes?

Yes, they will. Spring 2010 was the first time these cards were used to verify students' graduating senior status and they were given to students with a Spring 2010 application for graduation on file. Students who needed to add a class were given this card as verification of their graduating senior status and as verification that they did, in fact, need the particular class they were seeking. The cards did not gain students automatic entry into the class, but they did notify the instructor that the student truly needed the class to graduate in a timely manner. Students with this card were often allowed into the classes when space was available.

Though the cards are likely to look different than they did in Spring 2010, they will be available to students again for Fall 2010.
